Students in the movement demanding auto pass in the upcoming SSC exams

News Desk: A press conference has been held at the National Press Club on behalf of the 2021 batch demanding cancellation of the upcoming SSC exams in the ongoing Corona situation. The press conference was held on Tuesday (January 19) at 11 am.

Student Ryan Utsa read a written statement on behalf of the 2021 SSC batch. At the end of the press conference, the students rallied in front of the press club demanding autopsy.

Educational institutions have been closed since March last year due to corona, but many are deprived of online classes. Most students are in favor of canceling the SSC exam at the risk of corona. However, it has been learned that a short syllabus has been published but the short syllabus has not been published yet.

Meanwhile, students are worried about the non-arrival of the corona vaccine and the news of death due to side effects of the vaccine. Many students wanted to cancel the exam due to corona epidemic. The students are expressing their views by opening a public group on social media Facebook.

The written statement given by the students of the press conference is given below-

Today's press briefing on SSC and equivalent 2021 and assessment system. On behalf of SSC Batch 2021, I am quoting Ryan. S. On behalf of the SC 2021 batch, the head of our country and the guardian of the country conveys our greetings to our honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Assalamualaikum.

We are all going through a tragic situation. This is certainly not unknown to you. We are living in fear every day seeing the procession of infection and death. Yes, we are talking about the epidemic and also the panic called Kovid-19. Every day we see corona infections and deaths rising again in different countries.

The Hon'ble Prime Minister of our country has taken up the task of controlling the rate of corona infection and death in our country. In order to implement this goal, lock-down has been issued in our country for some time. In continuation of this, the Hon'ble Prime Minister and the Minister of Education kept all the educational institutions closed keeping in mind the needs of the students of all levels.

But lately, when there is a rumor that the school is being reopened due to this risk of corona, we are in a dilemma of SSC 2021 batch. That is why we are making some demands on our beloved Desaratna and Bangabandhu's daughter Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

The demands are-

1. Corona vaccine has not yet arrived in our country. Hon'ble Health Minister has said that no one below the age of 18 will be vaccinated. We are all under 18. Think, before the SSC exam in June, I was Covid-19 positive. I will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. I will not be able to take SSC exam then. Since I'm Covid-19 positive, I have to stay in quarantine. Therefore, it is not possible to take special measures. As a result, one year of my life will be wasted if I can't take the test. Which we do not want.

2. Our school activities were closed for about 11 months. The Minister of Education announced that we will take the exam after 3 months of classes. But if we think, if the exam is in June, the whole month of June will go to the exam. The months of July and August will be gone to give us the results of SSC exams. September and October will be gone to be admitted to the college. Then 1 year will fall from our life like this. That means the session will be tangled. Our working age is up to 30 years. If 1 year is wasted due to SSC, then our working age will be reduced by 1 year from the working age. Which our Hon'ble Prime Minister must not want. So we don't want to give SSC at the risk of corona with session clutter.

3. Our Honorable Prime Minister must understand our demands. This is our hope. Therefore, if we are assessed in an alternative manner without SSC, then the Prime Minister will have an urgent request that we be assessed on the basis of PSC and JSC results.

Most parents in our country do not give smart phones to students at this age. Because not all families have the capacity to be smart-phones. Those who have been able to take classes online, those whose families can afford it, have the opportunity to take classes online using the Internet, but that number is very low. There are more students in rural areas and internet facilities are not equal everywhere.

So it is not reasonable to take the test online. The closure of educational institutions for a long time has created a stalemate in our education. But you must know that if a motor vehicle is stopped in a hurry after running for a long time, it will be difficult to reactivate it. A humble prayer to all our SSC 21 batch students. Prime Minister, you are the director of our country, surely you do not want your tender-hearted students to be on the path of death and the procession of infection.

You are our idol, whatever you do for our good. After you, we will take the helm of the country. We will be the wayfarers in the path shown by you. We want that opportunity from you. We want to live. In this situation, if the educational institution is opened and the SSC exam is taken, then we will fall into a mental thought. We are all looking at you, we want to get rid of this SSC. We believe that whatever decision you make for us will save us from a panic or death.

Therefore, our only humane request to the Hon'ble Prime Minister is that our SSC Batch 2021 Batch be given auto-promotion.
