News Desk: Employees under the Department of Primary Education (DPE) cannot stay in one institution for more than three years. After this time, DPE has decided to transfer him to a different place.

This information has been known from the concerned organization. According to the DPE, there are separate recruitment rules for government primary school teachers, all primary school officials and employees. Recruitment and transfer activities are done accordingly. However, many of the recruitment rules of the last few years are not being followed. It is learned that the rules do not allow employees to stay in the same workplace for more than three years, but it is not being followed.

At present it has been decided to implement it. A list is being drawn up of all the employees under DPE who have been in the same position for more than three years. Those who have passed the scheduled time will be transferred to another place. Asked about this, DPE Director General AM Mansur Alam said on Tuesday (January 12) that although the recruitment and transfer policy of teachers and staff under the department is effective, 100 per cent of the employees are not being implemented.

For this reason, it has been decided to implement it 100%. He said that according to the rules, employees will not be kept in one place for more than three years and will be transferred to another place of work. It will be implemented from this year. He said that a list is being prepared for this. It is learned that there are about 3.5 lakh teachers in government primary schools and about 60,000 officers and employees in the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and its affiliated institutions including the field level.
