Coronavirus: 27 deaths, 932 identified in the last 24 hours in the country

News Desk: Coronavirus (Covid-19) has infected 26 more people across the country in the last 24 hours. Among them 23 are men and four are women. All 30 died at the hospital. With this, the number of deaths due to this epidemic in the country increased to seven thousand 469 people.

Monday (December 26) in the afternoon, the Additional Director General of the Department of Health, Prof. This information was given in a press release signed by Nasima Sultana.

In the last 24 hours, 13,039 samples were collected and 12,618 samples were tested in 183 laboratories. The total number of sample tests stood at 31 lakh 64 thousand 528.

During this period, 932 new cases of coronavirus have been identified. With this, the total number of identified patients in the country is five lakh 10 thousand 60 people.

Meanwhile, 1,326 people, including asymptomatic patients, have recovered in the last 24 hours at various hospitals and homes in the country, including the capital. So far, a total of four lakh 53 thousand 316 people have recovered.

In the last 24 hours, the sample test rate is 7.39 percent. So far, the detection rate is 16.02 percent considering the sample test, the recovery rate is 6.8 percent considering the identified test and the mortality rate is 1.46 percent considering the identified test.
