How to use this smartwatch? 

Pair your Galaxy Watch with a Galaxy smartphone.
Then put the Galaxy Watch on your wrist.
After that open the Samsung Health Monitor app.
To take an ECG reading, gently place the fingers of your opposite hand on the top button of the Galaxy Watch for 30 seconds.

ECG data is synced to the paired Galaxy smartphone where a PDF report is generated.
