The district administration wants GI recognition of Lichu in Hazrapur, Magura

Magura representative: The district administration of Magura has sent an application to Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks (DPDT) seeking GI recognition for litchi of Hazrapur, Abu Naxher Beg. It has been confirmed from the office of the District Commissioner today. E-Commerce Development Center (EDC) has assisted Hazrapur Litchi in all processes including documentation preparation and application. The taste of Hazrapur litchi is unique compared to any litchi in the country.
