Coming 'Dirty Picture 2', will Vidya Balan be there ?

Entertainment Desk: 'The Dirty Picture' is one of the milestones in Bollywood actress Vidya Balan's career. Vidya reached the sky of popularity through this movie released in 2011. Now it is heard that the sequel of 'The Dirty Picture' is coming. Naturally, the question arises, will Vidya stay in this episode? The answer is no. According to Indian media, the makers and producers are thinking something different for the new movie.

Kangana Ranaut has been offered the lead role in this movie. But he returned it. The actress said that she will not do the work in fear of spoiling her image. Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu and Kriti Shannon have expressed their interest for the film. So one of these two may be seen in the lead role.

'Dirty Picture' is based on the life story of South actress Silk Smitha. But this time the movie will be based on fiction. Producer Ekta Kapoor has been planning this movie for a long time. Ekta wants to shape her dream project by joining hands with Kanika Dhillon, the creator of several women-centric films in Bollywood. The writing of the screenplay is almost at the final stage. The shooting of the movie will start early next year.

Note that Naseeruddin Shah, Emraan Hashmi, Tusshar Kapoor and others acted with Vidya Balan in the movie 'The Dirty Picture'. It earned Rs 117 crore at that time. It also won three categories at the National Film Awards of India. Vidya won the best actress award.
