Businessman arrested with 75 bottles of Phencidil in Thakurgaon

Thakurgaon correspondent: A drug dealer named Anwarul Islam (30) was arrested in Thakurgaon along with 75 bottles of Phencidil. He was arrested by the police at the Hanif counter in Paur city on Friday night before he boarded the coach. It is known that Anwarul Islam Hanif was a passenger of Paribahan's car at 10 pm. Acting on a tip-off, the police arrived at the counter and arrested him while boarding the coach. Later, 75 bottles of Phencidil were recovered from his bag. A case was filed against him under the Narcotics Act at the Sadar police station. Anwarul is the son of Khalif Uddin of Dalal Basti Chochpara village of Baliadangi Upazila of Islam District.
