Ataul Gani. The Deputy Commissioner mentioned in the letter that on June 7, the Union Parishad Secretary and Accounts Assistant cum Computer Operator posts were announced. July 16th written and July 17th practical and oral exam result held. There 12 candidates finally passed. A girl named Adrita Rahman became the first to get maximum 69 marks. He scored 60 in the written test and zero in the practical and 9 in the oral test. After the results of the final examination were published, people from different professions of the district expressed their surprise about this candidate and complained to the recruitment committee. Deputy Commissioner was the chairman of the appointment committee. Md. Ataul Ghani, Superintendent of Police Sarkar Mohammad Qaiser, Tangail Municipal Council Mayor SM Sirajul Haque Alamgir, Local Government Department Executive Engineer Rafiqul Islam and Local Government Department Deputy Director Shamim Ara Rini were member secretaries. Preparation of question papers on the eve of the examination through strict secrecy, storage and question papers are issued one hour before the commencement of the examination through the Executive Magistrate on the day of examination. Meanwhile, as the candidate got the highest marks and was appointed, questions were raised from various quarters, so he was re-examined on the same question for the sake of further verification. The Deputy Director of Local Government Department re-examined the candidate in his room. In the exam he behaved erratically and could not answer any questions. Due to the discrepancy between his written test marks and actual test marks, it appeared to the recruitment committee members that the candidate obtained this unusual mark with the direct assistance of the center secretary, assistant secretary and room invigilator of the center where he had given the examination. Also, since the examination center is under the control of the candidate's mother district education officer, the center secretary, assistant secretary and invigilator can collude with each other to get maximum marks without the presence of the executive magistrate in charge. In this incident, the Deputy Commissioner has requested to investigate the real incident through the Ministry of Home Affairs with the special department of police CID and take necessary measures. Tangail District Education Officer Laila Khanom said, my daughter Adrita Rahman took the exam for the post of Union Parishad Secretary at Tangail Vivekananda High School and College. However, I had no interference or responsibility in that examination. The district administration has fulfilled all the responsibilities of the examination.
