Lohagara (Chittagong) Correspondent: On the occasion of National Fisheries Week, 91,500 meters of current nets were seized and six traders were fined 16,000 taka and a person named Abdur Rahim was fined 10,000 taka under the Road Transport Act. Executive Magistrate and Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Lands) Mohammad Shahjahan conducted the mobile court in Amirabad and Padua Tewari Hat Bazaar of upazila on Tuesday afternoon. The seized current nets are burnt in the upazila field. Lohagara Upazila Executive Officer Sharif Uliah, Traffic Inspector Azam Mahmud, Upazila Fisheries Officer Abdur Razzak and others were present.
