Faruk Hossain, Chapainawabganj: The district food department has imposed a fine of Tk 2 lakh on a mill owner for excessive stockpiling of paddy in Chapainawabganj. The fine was imposed on Monday (June 6) from noon to 6 pm in the Atahar area of ​​the district headquarters during a raid on Messrs. Sadia Trades. In addition, additional paddy was ordered to be sold within the next 7 days. District Food Regulatory Officer Mahmudur Hasan confirmed the matter to Dhaka Mail.
