Bogra Correspondent: Two candidates have been arrested in Bogra on charges of fraud in the primary teacher recruitment examination. They were detained at two separate test centers in the city during the test on Friday. They are Nisha Akhter, 26, daughter of Nurul Islam of Gokul Madhyapara village in Bogra Sadar upazila and Rumel Mia, 30, son of Mozammel of Bilchapari village in Dhunat. They are currently in the custody of Sadar police. According to Sadar police sources, Nisha Akhter was arrested along with an electronic device from room 302 of Bogra Coronation Institution School. An executive magistrate at the center arrested him and handed him over to the police. On the other hand, during the examination at Bogra Zilla School Center, the teacher on duty with mobile phone arrested Rummal in handcuffs. Later, Sadar police also took him into custody. Bogra Sadar Police Station OC Selim Reza said two people, including a woman, had been arrested on charges of forgery. They will be prosecuted under the existing law. Besides, the police will also work to arrest those involved in the gangs.
