US actor Johnny Depp has won a defamation suit against his ex-wife Amber Hard. The court ordered Amber to pay a 15 million fine.

A jury in a Virginia court on Wednesday ruled that Amber Hard's allegations of violence against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, were "false and insulting". Amber has been ordered to pay 15 million in damages. The court also ruled that Amber had "malicious intent" to bring such charges against Johnny.

However, some of the allegations against Depp were in favor of Hard. The jury found evidence that Depp's lawyer had also made false and defamatory statements against Hard. Hard will have to pay 2 million in damages.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, known as 'Pirates of the Caribbean', tied the knot in 2015, but in 2016, Aquaman Aquard filed for divorce in court, alleging physical and sexual harassment against Johnny Depp. Despite denying his wife's allegations, he completed the divorce process at a cost of ৭ 8 million.

At the time, the two had promised the court that they would not discuss their marital status in public in the future.

But in a 2016 interview with the Washington Post, Johnny Depp was again accused of physical and sexual abuse by his ex-wife, Amber Hard.

Depp denies Hard's allegations. Johnny Depp, 56, has filed a 50 million defamation suit against his ex-wife for falsely accusing her in the newspaper.

Hardo later filed a 100 million defamation suit against Johnny.
