News Desk: Due to the long-standing closure of schools and colleges due to the Corona epidemic, the ongoing data entry time for creating 'Unique IDs' for all students in grades six to twelve has been extended till February 26.
The information came from an office order signed by Unique ID project director Shamsul Alam on Thursday (February 3rd).
According to the office order, the government has taken initiative to create a 'unique ID' for all students up to class XII. The Bangladesh Bureau of Education Information and Statistics of the Ministry of Education is in the process of creating a profile database of secondary and higher secondary level (sixth-twelfth grade) students and filling the database at the educational institution level for unique IDs. Which was to be completed by 18 February. But the deadline has been extended to February 28.
