JOB Correspondent: Jagannath University Press Club (JOB Press Club) has paid homage to the martyrs on the occasion of Intellectuals' Day. On Tuesday (December 14) at 9 am, pro-liberation university campus journalists on behalf of the organization laid a wreath at the Martyred Intellectual Memorial Roy Market Slaughterhouse.
Mostakim Farooqi of today's newspaper, Arman Hasan of weekly news, Subarna Asseef of Bangla Tribune, Atiq Siam of Agami News, Meherabul Islam Saudip of NewsBangla, Mujahid Billah of Khola Kagaz, Anupam Mallik Aditya of Bangladesh Journal Apart from Islam, Asaduzzaman Apan of Desh Sangbad and Shahriar Hossain of Bangladesh were also present.
Earlier, Jagannath University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. Imdadul Haque, Treasurer Professor. Other teachers and staff, including Kamaluddin Ahmed, laid wreaths at the Roy Bazaar massacre site.
