In the last 24 hours, 127 more people have been admitted to the hospital due to dengue

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 126 more people have been admitted to hospitals in the country due to dengue. However, no one died of dengue at this time. The Department of Health says most of the victims are residents of the capital.

This information was given in the regular dengue report of the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Health Department on Sunday (November 8) afternoon.

According to the report, 95 of the new victims have been admitted to various government and private hospitals in the capital Dhaka and 32 to various hospitals outside Dhaka.

At present, the total number of patients admitted to various government and private hospitals in the country stands at 692. There are 552 people admitted in 47 government and private hospitals in Dhaka and 140 people are admitted in different hospitals of other departments.

According to the report, a total of 24,745 patients have been admitted to the hospital from January 1 this year to today (November 8). Among them, 23,856 patients have recovered and left the hospital. Dengue has killed 95 people at this time.
