In Viber, 69 percent of users in Bangladesh value privacy

Among the five different topics, 80 percent of respondents around the world said they want to keep the conversation confidential. On the other hand, 74.49 percent of Bangladeshi users said that they want their conversations to be secret. Ensuring that the organization does not share or collect any information with users outside of the information required to operate the app was the second most voted feature. Fifteen percent of the world's users expressed their views on the issue.

Viber private call and chat end-to-end encrypted. No one can join or invite to group chat without permission. Viber also has a hidden chat feature, which cannot be accessed without a PIN.
