Monwar Khokon, the director of the movie, is no more

Entertainment desk: Popular director of Dhaka cinema Monwar Khokon. He has made several popular movies including 'Swami Ken Asami'. Today, on February 8, at around 8 am, he left for the land of no return.

Kabirul Islam Rana, organizing secretary of the Film Directors Association, confirmed his death.

He said Monwar Khokon had been suffering from various complex diseases including kidney for a long time.

The death of the film director has cast a shadow of mourning over the film industry.

Film related organizations including the Film Directors Association have expressed their condolences.

Monwar Khokon became successful in directing films in the heyday of cinema in the 90's.

Dhaliwood has received the gift of holding many successful business movies. Empowerment of Bengali women, family values, worldly sorrows and love have prevailed in its construction.

He is the author of 'Happiness and sorrow of the world', 'Girls are also human', 'Lakshmi's family', 'Ghat Pratighat', 'Story of a world', 'Dream man', 'Kasam Banglar Mati', 'Mother's hand bracelet', 'Jiddi', ' Banglabhai has made movies like 'Power' etc.
