News Desk: Microplastic pollution has reached an extreme level this year. Recent research has come up with a deadly information. Microplastics have also been found in fetal placenta.

Microplastics were found in the placenta of four healthy women who became pregnant and gave birth normally.

In addition, microplastics have been found in the membranes where fetuses or embryos are born. According to the news, only 4% of the placenta has been analyzed, if the whole had been seen, the amount of this tiny plastic would have been much higher. But the question is, how did this harmful microplastic reach the baby's placenta?

Reportedly, these particles have been analyzed to confirm that they are plastic. Various colored particles have been found in it. Dyed blue, red, orange or pink - the source of all these colors are packaging, paints, cosmetics and various personal protection items.

The study was published in a journal called Environmental International called Plasticenta. Where it is clearly mentioned that microplastics were first found in the placenta of the human body.

The researchers said that the placenta played a significant role in the development of an embryo and its development in contact with the external environment. Having microplastics in the placenta there is undoubtedly a matter of concern.

Researchers claim that more detailed research is needed on this topic. So that it is understood whether these microplastics are affecting the child's immunity in any way.

In addition, it is necessary to analyze how harmful the toxins released from it are to the child as a whole.

However, the results that have emerged now show that the normal growth of the baby will be somewhat disrupted and the birth of the baby will be a lot of problems, the researchers are sure.

A gynecologist at a hospital in Rome said it was like giving birth to a mixed child. Half of which is organic and the rest is inorganic.

Plastic is not perishable, it just breaks down into smaller pieces. So this plastic destroys our normal food chain, starting from killing marine animals. If it reaches the fetus this time, there is reason to worry.
