It is learned that the officials of the Bureau of Narcotics Control sent detailed information including some documents from the actor. Arjun has also submitted a prescription to the Bureau of Narcotics Control as per that demand. And with that prescription now begins the discussion. Bureau of Narcotics Control officials consider it fake. It is rumored that if it is fake, then this Bollywood actor may be arrested.

The prescription also mentions mental illness. The Bureau of Narcotics Control is also investigating the matter. One of the reasons why the NCB is keeping an eye on Arjun is that his girlfriend Gabriella's brother Agiciallos Demetriades had earlier been arrested in a drug case. Prohibited drugs such as charas and alprazolam tablets were recovered from him. He is also said to have links with Omega Godwin, a cocaine smuggler in Mumbai. Because, at the time of interrogation, the Nigerian citizen took the name Omega from Agisiyalos. On November 13, Arjun Rampal was interrogated by the officials of the Narcotics Control Bureau.

The driver of the actor's car was arrested after a search of his home. All the gadgets of the house including Arjun's personal mobile phone were confiscated. On November 10, the Bollywood actor's house in Mumbai was raided by the Bureau of Narcotics Control. The NCB then summoned Arjun along with his girlfriend Gabriela Demetriades. They also questioned Deepika's former manager Karishma Prakash. NCB recovered cannabis and CBD oil from Karisma's house. The agency also arrested Khitish Prasad, a former executive producer of Dharma Productions.
