Later, the family decided to admit him to a hospital in Chennai on December 6. When the check-up was done here again, the doctors held a board meeting on December 15 and said that the father had cancer. The cancer has spread throughout the body. It is now in the fourth stage.

Explaining the reason for bringing her back to the country, Zahida Islam said that the doctors here wanted to take her father to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). We didn't. Because if he was taken to ICU, he could not be taken to the country. After giving blood a few days ago, the level of hemoglobin in the father's body has increased. But the father is not going to be given chemo as his body is weak. The doctors have given permission to take the father to the country. The rest is left to God. After arriving in Dhaka, Abdul Quader will be taken to the emergency department of the city's Evercare Hospital, Zahida Islam said.
