Coronavirus: 2 crore 35 lakh infected, 8 lakh 12 thousand deaths

News Desk: The number of people infected with the deadly novel coronavirus (Covid-19) has exceeded 23.5 million worldwide. According to Johns Hopkins University, the number of people infected with the virus as of Monday morning was 2,35,83,616.

Besides, 8 lakh 12 thousand 513 people have died due to the virus till Monday morning.The deadly virus has already spread to 188 countries and regions around the world.

Infections are on the rise in the two continents of the Americas and South Asia. On the other hand, Corona is a bit stagnant in Europe, but there is a resurgence of the disease.

However, the hope is that the recovery rate is increasing rapidly after being infected with the virus. On the other hand, the death rate did not match the number of victims. The death toll is also stable.

The United States has the highest number of coronavirus infections and deaths. The number of infected people in the country is 57 lakh 1 thousand 514 people and 1 lakh76 thousand 797 people have died.

The second highest incidence and death in Corona is in Brazil. There 36 lakh 5 thousand 783 people were affected by corona and 1 lakh 14 thousand  744 people died.

The third highest affected is in India. Corona of 30 lakh 44 thousand 940 people have been identified in the country. 56 thousand 706 people have died. The country ranks fourth in terms of death.

Russia has the fourth highest incidence of corona. Corona of 9 lakh 54 thousand 328 people have been identified in the country. Russia is 12th in terms of death in Corona. So far 16 thousand 341 people have died there.
