Community Policing Day celebrated in Narail

Narail representative: Community Policing Day was celebrated in Narail with colorful arrangements keeping in mind the theme of 'Police Janata Oikya Kari, Build Smart Bangladesh'. On the occasion of celebrating the day, on Saturday (November 4) at 10 a.m., the rally started from the old bus terminal of the city and ended at the Sadar police station after the main road circuit.

Later, a discussion meeting and prize distribution was held at the police station premises. Superintendent of Police Mosa presided over it. Sadira Khatun. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Ashfakul Haque Chowdhury spoke as the chief guest. District Awami League President and Zilla Parishad Chairman Advocate Subas Chandra Bose, General Secretary and Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Nizamuddin Khan Nilu spoke as special guests.

Municipal Mayor Anjuman Ara, Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Anwar Hossain, ASP Tarek Al Mehedi, ASP Dolan Mia, Principal of Abdul High Degree College Maniruzzaman Mallik, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station Md. Obaidur Rahman. People from different professions were present.
