Bogra representative : Inauguration of Police Plaza in Bogra was held in a grand manner. Bangladesh Police IGP Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun BPM (Bar), PPM inaugurated this market as the chief guest as the most modern shopping complex in North Bengal next to Satmatha, the heart of the city, on Saturday morning. The IGP said in the opening discussion after plaque unveiling and doa mahfil that the police force has been able to control militancy and terrorism in Bangladesh. The country is stable today because the police force is performing its duties at the risk of life, so overall investment friendly environment has been created in the country today.

Inspector General of Police Chowdhury Abdullah Al Mamun said that the Bangladesh Police has always been performing its duties under the Election Commission and said, 'The police will perform the assigned duties in the upcoming parliamentary elections. All members of Bangladesh Police are ready for this. We are determined to maintain the law and order situation by preventing any attempt to disrupt law and order around the elections. Our ability to perform any duty has increased manifold. We have logistics equipment. We have manpower.

Regarding militancy, the IGP said, "We are working firmly in the light of the principle of zero tolerance adopted by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in combating militancy and terrorism." We all worked together under the leadership of the Prime Minister to control militancy and terrorism. Police are risking their lives to create an investment-friendly environment. The path to creating a stable environment was not smooth, Bangladesh has progressed in various indicators by fulfilling the responsibility of providing security to people. The police are working for the welfare of the country and the nation by taking all kinds of risks.

Speaking as the chief guest at the opening ceremony, he also said that more than 12,000 policemen have been given a donation of around 71 crore rupees through the Bangladesh Police Welfare Trust. Among them are premature death grant, medical grant and children's education. During the corona epidemic, policemen have served the country from the front line. As a result, it has become easier for the Honorable Prime Minister to deal with Corona. Youth society has been freed from social dangers through Bangladesh Police Welfare Trust drug addiction treatment center. Abdullah Al Mamun said, Bogra is a business center.
