Rangpur Range DIG in special welfare meeting of Kurigram District Police

Kurigram representative: DIG of Rangpur range Md. Abdul Baten BPM, PPM was present as the chief guest in the special welfare meeting of Kurigram district police. Superintendent of Police Al Asad Md. Mahfuzul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Md. Ruhul Amin, Additional Superintendent of Police of Ulipur Circle Mohammad Mohibul Islam, Additional Superintendent of Police of Kurigram Circle were also present at the special welfare meeting on Tuesday (August 29) at the Multipurpose Drillshed of Police Lines. Morshedul Hasan, PPM, Assistant Superintendent of Police (Staff Officer to DIG) Rangpur Range Rafe Sadman Hussain Md. Adel, Medical Officer of Kurigram Police Hospital Md. Akhtaruzzaman, All Police Stations/Units Policemen of various ranks including in-charge.

In this special welfare meeting, the Range DIG discussed various issues with policemen of different ranks of the District Police. Aware of various problems and provide specific instructions to the responsible in solving the problems. At the same time heard the innovative creative ideas and suggestions from the policemen at various levels for the formation of Smart Bangladesh Smart Police announced by the Hon'ble Prime Minister and informed about the effective measures and correspondence with the appropriate authorities of the Government. And the DIG gave motivation and message to all unit in-charges to work faster than before to face any challenges of the coming period.

Inspired by the ideals of the Father of the Nation, the DIG also directed the policing of the Durbar for the service of the country, above individual interests for sustainable security and stability to sustain the development process of the Prime Minister. After the welfare meeting, he planted fruit trees as part of 'Sabuj Kari Kurigram' program at Police Lines and discussed the overall law and order and important cases of Kurigram district in the presence of all unit in-charges of Kurigram district police in the conference room of the office of Superintendent of Police.
