Another Russian missile attack in Ukraine, Zelensky's condemnation at the United Nations

International Desk: Russian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused the United Nations Security Council of crimes against humanity due to a major power outage in Ukraine due to the missile attack by Russia. He condemned this in a video message on Wednesday.

He said Russia is keeping millions of people in Ukraine without energy, heat and water services in a terroristic way during sub-freezing temperatures. According to Ukraine, at least seven people were killed in this attack. And the nuclear power plant went offline.

Ukraine claims that millions of people have to live without electricity due to the shutdown of power plants due to Russian attacks. Zelensky claims that his country is going through a difficult situation. Attempts were made to restore the power connection overnight. The mayor of Kiev said 80 percent of people in the capital city spent the day without electricity and water.
