Tofazzal Hossain, Pabna: Director of RAB-4 and newly promoted DIG (Highway Police Unit, Dhaka) Md Mozammel Haque said that communalism has increased in our society due to non-practice of healthy culture. Those who are coming to painting school are not identified as Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians. They are all known as friends. Similarly, when you go to the playground, you are known by the same identity. When children are sent directly to primary or pre-primary schools instead of doing the kind of formal education that is required, there is division on religious lines. There is a divide between the rich and the poor. It is very harmful to our society. He said these things at an exchange meeting after visiting the only painting school 'Chitragriha Chatmohar' of Chatmohar Upazila in Pabna around 10:30 am on Friday morning. Mozammel Haque said, instead of practicing friendship among children, the practice of sickness is going on among them. His world is moving in a six inch mobile. He spends time on mobile watching video games or something else, isolating himself from others. At one point he was separated from his parents. The distance between children and parents increases. This distance increases so much that one becomes addicted to drugs to cover the distance. Thus in our society drug addiction, eve teasing, sectarianism, juvenile crime are increasing. Painting is the best way to keep children away from these crimes. If such institutions like Chitragriha Chatmohar are developed, people with real human values will be developed in the society. Otherwise our society will be divided. DIG Mozammel said, we want to raise our children to become Einsteins, some doctors, engineers. This expectation puts a lot of pressure on the young student. Due to this pressure, his human values and mental development is not happening. The first stage of mental development is the spark of his thinking power, which is but painting. The true reflection of a person's thoughts through painting slowly. In this way if your child learns to see its different levels, if your child comes to real life then he will become a good person in real sense. Mozammel Haque said, the division that we see in the society today is the identity of I am Muslim, I am Hindu. It is not only in our country, the same picture is seen in different countries of the world. The religious extremism that has arisen is something I have never seen in my childhood. As a child, I have seen that on one day the sini of Muharram was distributed, on the other hand the Nadar of Lakshmi Puja was distributed. Then we got up, went, mixed together. At that time, people were not identified by religious identity. It is coming now because the practice of healthy culture is slowly disappearing from among us. Earlier, schools and colleges used to have debate competitions every Thursday, cultural events, dramas, they were over. Sports used to be played in the playground, that too is over. Salute to those who have enrolled their children in drawing schools because your children will grow up to be people with right values. His thinking power will develop. In this way, the country will be free from sectarianism, free from terrorism, free from drugs, developed and prosperous country. Earlier, children students congratulated DIG Mozammel Haque on behalf of Chitragriha Chatmohar. Later, a picture of Mozammel Haque painted by Sanchari Haque, a former student of Chitragriha Chatmohar, was handed over to the guests. At that time, the managing director of Chitragriha Chatmohar Zeman Asad, painter Sanchari Haque, journalist Shaheen Rahman, MA Jinnah, Sanjit Chakraborty Sona and other parents were present.
