Coronavirus: 4 more died in Chittagong, 332 identified

News Desk: Four more people have died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at one thousand 160 people. During the same period, 332 people were identified as Corona. The total number of identities in the district stood at 97,835.

The information came from a report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Saturday (August 21) morning.

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Rabbi Sheikh Fazle said that in the last 24 hours, samples of 2,606 people in different labs in Chittagong tested coronavirus in 332 people. Of these, 124 are from 206 upazilas of the city.

He added that in the last 24 hours, 55 people in Chittagong University Lab, 55 people in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 54 people in Chittagong Medical College Lab, 44 people in Chittagong Veterinary University Lab, 12 people in Imperial Hospital Lab and 29 people in Chevron Hospital Lab were infected with corona.

At the same time, coronary infections were detected in 15 people in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab, 10 people in Medical Center Hospital Lab, 23 people in Epic Health Care Lab and 35 people in antigen test.
