Coronavirus: Sydney saw the highest detection in the lockdown

International Desk: Despite a two-week lockdown, the highest corona was detected in a single day in Sydney, the capital of the Australian state of New South Wales. With this, the attack rate of Delta variant has exceeded 360 in the state.

Authorities say people are breaking Corona's restrictions by going to each other's homes. They have requested the common people to stay at home.

“We need to keep people away from each other,” said Gladys Berezclian, Premier of New South Wales.

He appealed to the people, "Please stop going out of the house." Because many are suffering from coronavirus symptoms and infecting others.

About 5 million people live in this big city in Australia. All of them have been asked to stay at home till July 18. In addition to Sydney, the coronavirus is spreading to neighboring Blue Mountain, the Central Coast, Wallong and Shoalhaven.

So far, 10 per cent of people in Australia have been vaccinated against coronavirus. There is a shortage of other vaccines, including Pfizer. Most people under the age of 40 have not yet been vaccinated.

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced a 300,000-dose vaccine to address the plight of Sydney.
