Assistant Manager, Maintenance

We are looking for talents to work with our dynamic and innovative Engineering Team. Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure Availability all process equipment & facility for manufacturing of pharmaceuticals products.
• Ensure Smooth Operation of Process Machineries through Best in Class Maintenance Management.

• Implement Improvement Initiatives and Automation System for Process Machineries Water system etc.
• Ensure Process Machineries Ready for Operation through Proper Maintenance Management.
• Ensure & Improve Preventive Maintenance for Process Machineries and Water Plant to minimize Corrective Maintenance.
• Plan and Implement Energy Saving Initiatives.
• Ensure all Global and Local Regulatory requirements for Preventive & Corrective Maintenance.
• Ensure availability of Spares for Smooth Operation of the Machines.
• Handle Vendor activities for AMC as well as PM/CM.
• Ensure HSE, Security and Hygienic for People Facility and Equipment’s as per Sanofi Global HSE & Quality Guidelines
• Developed people for proper and prompt rectification of problems.

Profile Requirements: Education: Graduation in Mechanical /EEE / Chemical Engineering from any reputed Public Universities. Experience:

• Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in Process Maintenance.
• Good Knowledge of Automation (PLC, Microcontroller)
• Good working knowledge on Electronic Circuit.
• Knowledge in Pharmaceuticals Utility Operation or Process Maintenance will be added advantages
