Job Description / Responsibility

• Assist in Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Primary selection.
• CV sorting, Call for interview, attendance sheet, rating sheet & coordinate during the interview.
• To be maintained all personal files of Vessel crews, attendance, leave matters, evaluation and promotion of all personnel of the organization.
• Execute local administration, including local office facilities and provide administrative and logistics support as per procedures, policies and management guidelines.
• Maintain standard work schedules, attendance, vacation, overtime etc. for all lighter vessel crews.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Maintain proper liaison among corporate and local teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
