Job Context

Supervise the entire functionalities of ADC Department under the guidance of Operations Division & in coordination with other concerned Divisions/Departments.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, launching & ensuring uninterrupted function of all new alternative distribution channels which include ATM, CDM, POS, KIOSK, Fast Track Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Electronic Payment and any other Digital Financial Services.
• Oversee the PMoney Apps of the Bank.
• Ensure & monitor all operational & backward process of ATM, CDM including cash availability and all sorts of dispute settlement.
• Develop & grow Digital Financial Services of the bank by making a robust business plan, drawing an effective road map & coordinating with different stakeholders, partners, key vendors and multiple business & technical teams.
• Ensure bank’s investment in technology for the growth of Digital Financial Services shall result in occupying the lead role & sizeable market share in retail banking.
• Establish & maintain a very healthy relationship with key stakeholders, regulators, different agencies, service providers both domestic & international in the advancement of Financial Inclusion with sustainable competitive advantages.
• Identify the associated risks, formulate risk mitigation process, deploy effective internal control mechanism, ensure regulatory compliance, fraud detection and follow social & environmental responsibilities in implementing & operating ADC & Digital Financial Services.
• Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time

Educational Requirements

Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Bank Management, Economics, or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, EEE etc. with excellent academic record from reputed universities and no third division/class or equivalent CGPA in academic career. May be relaxed for deserving candidates

At least 10 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age at least 35 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Minimum 10 years relevant experiences out of which 5 years working experience in ADC & Digital Financial Services of a reputed commercial bank. May be relaxed for deserving candidates.
• Must have adequate exposure in ADC (ATM, CDM, POS, and KIOSK etc.) function, Digital Financial Services in any reputed local or foreign bank.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate Core Banking Software (CBS), Card Management System (CMS) and any other Software/System used in banking operations.
• Must be a team player and can do attitude.
• Excellent inter-personal, communication & presentation skills with leadership quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and very good peoples dealing.
• Not over 45 years. May be relaxed for deserving candidates
