Job Context

• Facilitating and coordinating Sales training`s to enhance the skills of the existing employees so that they can align themselves to the company`s goal.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure sales orientation for new employees of sales force.
• Facilitate different types of sales training’s (specially SOs and DSRs training).
• Develop and update training modules.
• Develop new training methods and exercise.
• Assist for creating training calendar.
• Assist for conducting TNA.
• Find out training opportunities and provide all kind of support to organize trainings.
• Proofread and translate important documents and learning materials.
• Make short term and long term training plans.
• Summarize training feedback and send to the Sr. Manager, training.
• Support as per management training and development needs.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

Job Requirements

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Linguistic competence.
• Relevant softwares (Photoshop, MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc).
• Instructional Designing Skills.
• Sales Management Skills.
• Communication Skills.
