Examinations in seven colleges will be held from December 26

News Desk: Incourse and test examinations for Honors, Masters and Degrees in seven government colleges affiliated to Dhaka University will start from December 26. By January 15, the colleges will complete the examination according to their ability.

Besides, one assignment will be taken for each subject during this period. Professor IK Selim Ullah Khandaker, coordinator (focal point) of seven colleges and principal of Kabi Nazrul Government College, confirmed the matter on Monday (December 14). Professor Selim Ullah said, ‘The decision was taken at a meeting of the principals of seven colleges on Sunday night. In the light of the decision of Dhaka University and as per the prescribed rules, the in-course and test examinations will be taken online on priority basis. ' He said, ‘This special measure has been taken during the coronation period to enable students to participate in BCS exams and enter the job market quickly. The Ministry of Education and UGC have agreed to take the test in compliance with the health rules.

The details of the examinations of seven colleges will be officially announced soon. Earlier on December 10, Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Md. A meeting of the Academic Council of Dhaka University, chaired by Akhtaruzzaman, decided on the DU examination. According to Dhaka University sources, the honors final year and masters examinations will be held on priority basis from December 26 in accordance with the hygiene rules.

Students will be able to know the relevant examination schedule from their respective departments and institutes. For the convenience of the students, two examinations will be held at comparatively shorter intervals or on the same day.
