Coronavirus: 8 lakh 17 thousand deaths worldwide

News Desk: The number of people infected with the global pandemic coronavirus has exceeded 2 crore 38 lakh 9 thousand. And the number of deaths in the world due to this epidemic has exceeded 8 lakh 17 thousand.

As of Tuesday (August 25th) morning, 8,17,005 people had died of coronavirus in different parts of the world, according to the World Omiter, a website that keeps track of the number of deaths is 2 crore 38 lakh 11 thousand 687 people. Of these, 1 crore 63 lakh 60 thousand 527 people have returned home after recovering.

The United States has the highest number of deaths from corona in the world so far, 1 lakh 81 thousand 114 people. The country also has the highest number of victims in the world.59 lakh 15 thousand 630 people have been infected so far.

Brazil has the second highest number of victims and deaths. So far 36 lakh 27 thousand 217 people have been infected in the country. And so far 1 lakh 15 thousand 451 people have died.

Mexico is second only to Brazil in the death toll. So far, 60,800 people have died from the virus in the country. 5 lakh 63 thousand 705 people have been affected.

India has risen to the third position in terms of corona attacks. So far, 31 lakh 64 thousand 881 people have been infected with corona in the country. The country ranks fourth in terms of deaths. So far 58 thousand 546 people have died.

Russia is in fourth place in terms of attacks. 9 lakh 61 thousand 493 people were affected in the country. The death toll was 16,448.

In terms of health, the United States is in the first position (32 lakh 17 thousand 981 people), Brazil is in the second position (27 lakh 78 thousand 709 people), and India is in the third position (24 lakh 3 thousand 101 people).

Coronavirus transmission began in late December last year in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. So far, Covid-19 has spread to 215 countries and regions of the world including Bangladesh.
