Global death toll of Covid-19 reaches to 630,254

CNI Desk: The novel coronavirus has killed 630,254 people in the  213 countries and territories since the virus emerged in Wuhan of China last December, according to latest data from worldometer.

So far, 15,376,776 cases of COVID-19  have been registered worldwide at 11 am on Thursday (Bangladesh Time). Of them, 9,352,127 patients have been considered recovered.

 

Apart from this, the number of active cases are 5,394,395, the source said.

With the fresh tally in the 24-hour, 10,734 people died from cronavirus while 280,459 corona infected patients have been detected, and 239,084 patients have made full recovery.

Among other coronavirus affected countries, the US has come up to 146,183 deaths, followed by Brazil with 82,890, UK 45,501, Mexico 41,190, Italy 35,082, France 30,172, India 29,890, Spain 28,426, Iran 14,853, Russia 12,745, China 4,634, Indonesia 4,459, Saudi Arabia 2,601 and Australia 133 respectively, according to worldometer.
