International Desk:  A Pakistani court has remanded former Prime Minister Imran Khan for 14 days on the issue of publishing diplomatic messages. On Tuesday, the court again extended his remand. PTI chief's lawyer gave this information.

The case of disclosure of diplomatic messages was heard about 90 mm from the country's capital, Islamabad. In the north-eastern Attock district. Imran Khan's case was heard in a jail for security reasons. The main PTI prisoner is in that attack jail.

The case relates to diplomatic communications between the United States and Pakistan. Imran Khan said that this diplomatic message was part of a US conspiracy to topple his government.

Judge Abul Hasnat, who came from Islamabad to hear the case, extended Imran Khan's remand till October 10 on the request of the public prosecutor.

PTI chief's lawyer Latif Khosa told reporters outside the Attock jail that Imran Khan's remand has been extended till October 10. It is a completely wrong decision. Because the public prosecutor has failed to submit his report on the case. However, the judge extended his remand without honorably releasing him.

Earlier on Monday, Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq ordered the authorities to transfer Imran Khan from Attock Jail to Rawalpindi's Adiala Jail on the request of the lawyers.

Meanwhile, Pakistan's former foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was brought to an Islamabad court in handcuffs on Tuesday and his judicial remand was extended till October 10. Qureshi was also arrested in the case of leaking diplomatic messages.
