Which channels the user is following will be completely private. And the channels will be saved on WhatsApp for 30 days. You can react to channel posts with emojis. The number of reactions read will also be seen.

User can also share his favorite channels to WhatsApp friends. If someone wants to unfollow those channels, they have to tap on mute or unsubscribe button. You can also create a channel with your own WhatsApp account.

Currently, several stars including Indian cricket team, Katrina Kaif, Diljit Dosanjh, Akshay Kumar, Vijay Deverkonda, Neha Kakkar have WhatsApp channels. You can also follow Mark Zuckerberg on this platform. Currently this feature has been launched in 150 countries.

Know how to use WhatsApp channel-

. Update WhatsApp to the latest version from Google Play Store or App Store.
.Now there will be an option called update below on the homepage of WhatsApp.
Tap on that option to see who you can follow.
. Those channels can be followed by clicking a '+' button next to them. Or you can click on the channel to read the profile picture and description.
. To give a reaction to the post that will be posted by the channels, you can react by holding for a while and selecting the emoji.
