This information was given in the dengue report of the Health Emergency Operation Center and Control Room of the Department of Health on Friday (September 8).
It is said in the circular that currently, a total of 9,730 dengue patients are under treatment in various public and private hospitals of the country. There are currently 4 thousand 265 dengue patients admitted in public and private hospitals of Dhaka and 5 thousand 465 dengue patients in various hospitals of other departments.
This year, 1 lakh 42 thousand 587 patients have been admitted to hospital and received treatment for dengue throughout the country. Among them, 65 thousand 14 people received treatment in Dhaka and 77 thousand 573 people outside Dhaka. Among the infected, 1 lakh 32 thousand 151 people have recovered from the hospital and returned home. 60 thousand 241 in Dhaka and 71 thousand 910 outside Dhaka have recovered and returned home.
