Kab Holiday is celebrated in Ashuganj with enthusiastic participation of Kab children

Brahmanbaria Representative: Bangladesh Scouts Cub Holiday was celebrated in Ashuganj, Brahmanbaria. On Monday (September 4) morning, the upazila administration and Bangladesh Scouts upazila branch organized the celebration of the Cub holiday with enthusiastic participation of the Cub children at the local government Haji Abdul Jalil High School ground. 300 cub children and cub leaders of 49 primary schools of the upazila took part in it and got excited through various colorful activities throughout the day.

Chairman of Ashuganj Upazila Parishad, Md. Hanif Munshi attended as the chief guest and inaugurated the Cub Holiday. Upazila Executive Officer and President of Upazila Scouts Shyamal Chandra Basak spoke as special guests at the opening ceremony, Upazila Education Officer AHM Shahriar Rasul, President of Ashuganj Press Club Mohammad Mozammel Haque and others.

Scouts Leader Sohrab Hossain conducted the welcome speech by Kabir Hossain, General Secretary of Upazila Scouts and Headmaster of Haji Abdul Qudduch Technical High School and Scout Commissioner Ruby Jahan Khandkar gave a vote of thanks. In the opening ceremony, the speakers emphasized on the physical, mental and spiritual development of the Cub children in the scouting method and in a joyful environment and to develop them as honest, characterful, efficient and good citizens.
