At the end of the Italian chapter, Mancini became the coach of Saudi Arabia

Sports desk: Roberto Mancini left the Italian national football team suddenly a few days ago. Despite his failure to play in the main stages of the World Cup, the Italian Football Federation had faith in him. The contract period with him was till 2026. This 58-year-old coach resigned three years ago. It was rumored for several days that he was going to Saudi Arabia. Finally it came true. Roberto Mancini has taken over as the coach of the Saudi Arabian national football team.

The 58-year-old Italian was scheduled to stay in his country until 2026, but suddenly left his duties. New news: He has signed a contract with Saudi Arabia until 2027. According to Italian media reports, he will be paid two and a half million euros a year.  

Although Italy failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup, the Italian Football Federation retained Mancini as coach. Playing under him, the Azzurri won the Euro 2020 title. Not only the Euro champion, Italy also set a world record of 37 consecutive matches unbeaten. 

Confirming Mancini's resignation in a statement a few days ago, FIGC said, 'The Italian Football Federation announces that we have received and accepted Roberto Mancini's resignation as coach of the national team yesterday evening. That marked the end of an important chapter in the Azzurri's history, which began in May 2018 and ended in the 2023 Nations League finals. Sometimes winning Euro 2020, which is a team effort.'

Mancini's former coach Mancini has a good record in Italy. His team won 37 matches, drew 15, lost only 9. The position in the world ranking was number eight.
