Spain's women's football team is the world champion after defeating England

Sports Desk:  Spain won the Women's World Cup by beating England 1-0 in the final. Spain tasted the title for the first time. Spain is the only country in world football history to have both men's and women's teams win the World Cup.

The final match was held on Sunday in Australia's Sydney Stadium in the presence of about 76 thousand spectators. Captain Olga Karmana scored the only goal in Spain's historic win. Before this World Cup, Spain won only one of the seven matches after participating twice. The last sixteen last time was their best success. This time they returned with the World Cup by winning six out of seven matches.
