Day temperature may rise slightly across the country, hail may occur

News Desk: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has said that the day temperature may increase slightly and the night temperature may remain almost unchanged across the country. This information was given in the weather forecast for the next 24 hours from 9 am on Thursday (May 25).

According to the forecast, many places in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions may experience temporary rain with gusty winds or rain with thunder. Along with that, there may be scattered rain in some parts of the country. Regarding temperature, day temperature may increase slightly and night temperature may remain almost unchanged across the country.

The 72-hour weather forecast states that there may be slight changes in the weather during this time. And the extended five-day forecast says rain or thundershowers may reduce and temperatures may rise towards the end of the period. Hatia recorded the country's highest rainfall of 84 mm on Wednesday (May 24), but Dhaka received no rainfall.
