News Desk: General Secretary of Awami League and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that BNP goes to foreign embassies to complain, this tendency to complain diminishes the country. They (BNP) are moving forward with a vague idea that the elections of Bangladesh will be held at the will of foreigners. He said this after the meeting of the editorial board of the party at the Dhanmondi political office of the Awami League president on Sunday (May 14) morning. He said, I have said one thing again and again, I am saying clearly, we are not in the counter to their (BNP's) program. We want a peaceful election. That is why we are holding a peace rally. They are threatening not to allow elections. It is their wish that they will not come to the election, the determination they have expressed today to not allow the election to take place, they will stand up, we will see who will stand up to whom.

We will stop all conspiracies to thwart the election along with the people of Bangladesh. The Bridge Minister said that they themselves have deviated from the guidelines of BNP's movement. There is now disunity in their house. The coalition is now disunited. Jota's wickets are falling now. Some wickets are falling every day. Out of a coalition of 54 parties, there seem to be 14-15 parties now. There is no leader in this alliance, there is no leader in this movement, there is no leader in this election. Our leaders and activists will remain vigilant until the election. He also said that BNP had dropped its leaders and activists by showing hope of power. Gathering at different places, they stay there in picnic mode with various coverings and blankets for seven days. We have seen such situations. Regarding cyclone Mokha, Obaidul Quader said, it is heard that the cyclone is rushing towards Myanmar through one end of Cox's Bazar today.

We often find that we over-prepare, over-precaution, and the cyclone actually passes. We wish that. We have seen in the past how terrible cyclones can be. Now we have made all the preparations. Regarding BNP's political storm, the general secretary of Awami League said, the storm is coming, the storm will come, along with this, our political opponent BNP's secretary general said whether the political storm will come. We are waiting for man made political storm. Sheikh Hasina's government will fall due to BNP's storm. In fact, the reality is that they do not have the ability to stir up a movement now. Because they do not have the ability, they want to call their inability today by shouting.

In the meeting, Awami League joint general secretary Mahbub Ul Alam Hanif, AFM Bahauddin Nashim, Dr. Dipu Moni, Organizing Secretary Ahmad Hossain, BM Mozammel Haque, SM Kamal Hossain, Mirza Azam, Shafiul Alam Chowdhury Nadel, Sujit Roy Nandi, Publicity and Publication Affairs Secretary Abdus Sobhan Golap, Liberation War Affairs Secretary Mrinal Kanti Dash, Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Barua, Relief And Social Welfare Affairs Secretary Aminul Islam Amin, Agriculture and Cooperative Affairs Secretary Faridunnahar Laili, Education and Human Resources Affairs Secretary Shamsun Nahar Chapa, International Affairs Secretary Dr. Shammi Ahmed, Publicity and Publication Affairs Secretary Abdul Awal Shamim, Deputy Affairs Secretary Add. Sayem Khan, Executive Member Shahabuddin Faraji and others.
