Navin Baran and Pitha Mela held at Navakam Palli College, Salthar

Ehsan Rana, Faridpur: Navakam Palli College of Saltha Upazila of Faridpur held Navinvaran, Pitha Mela, Gunijan Sambardhana and inauguration of Syeda Sajeda Chowdhury Academic Building. The program organized at Navakam College ground at 11 am on Saturday was auspiciously inaugurated by the chief guest of the program Faridpur-2, Member of Parliament of the Constituency, Member of Post and Telecommunication Standing Committee, Agricultural Researcher Shahdab Akbar Labu Chowdhury.  

Nabkam Palli College Governing Body President and Foreign Affairs Ministry Director Pranab Kumar Bhatracharya was present on the occasion along with Nagarkanda Upazila Parishad Chairman Moniruzzaman Sardar, Saltha Upazila Chairman Md Wadud Matubbar, Boalmari Upazila Chairman SM Mosharraf Hossain, Muksudpur Chairman Md Kabir Hossain, Navkam Pally Upazila Chairman Md Kabir Hossain. College Principal Md. Obaidur Rahman, Saltha Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Salahuddin Ayubi, Saltha Upazila Awami League President Md. Delwar Hossain, General Secretary Farukuzzaman Fakir Mia, Organizing Secretary Chowdhury Sabbir Ali, prominent businessman and social worker Abu Taleb Molya, Rupapat Bamanchandra Uchi. Navkam Palli College Governing Body Members Khondkar Shahjahan Sajjad, Romanuzzaman Roman, Gazi Kamrul and many others. There are 15 stalls in the sweet fair. These stalls have different types of pithas.

Chief guest Labu Chowdhury MP said that the quality of education has improved because of the presence of the honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. Today the country has become a developed country. Honorable Prime Minister is working day and night for the peace of the people of this country. 

He also said to the present students, you boys and girls are the future of our future. So I expect you to proceed with attention to reading and writing.
