News Desk: On the last working day of the week Thursday (December 1), the country's main stock market Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and another stock market Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) are trading with fluctuating indices.

Half an hour after the start of trading on Thursday, i.e. at 10:30 am, the general index of DSE DSEX increased by 2 points from the previous day and stood at 6,238 points. DSE Shariah Index and DSE-30 Index decreased by 1 point and 2 points to 1369 and 2211 points respectively. Shares and mutual fund units worth Tk 69.57 crore have been traded during this period.
Shares of 55 companies traded on Thursday increased, 14 declined and 125 remained unchanged.
The top 10 companies traded till 10:30 am on Thursday were Bashundhara Paper, Orion Infusion, Amara Network, Navana Pharma, Genex, Generation, Orion Pharma, Eastern Housing, BDCom and Chartered Life Insurance.
Earlier today, the DSEX index rose by 10 points in the first 5 minutes of trading. At 10:10 AM, the index fell by 8 points from its previous position. After that the speed of the index is seen upward. At 10:20 am, 20 minutes after the start of trading, the index increased by 3 points from the previous day and stood at 6,239 points.
On the other hand, the CASPI index of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) increased by 9 points and stood at 18 thousand 418 points at 10:30 am after half an hour of trading. After that the speed of the index is seen upward.
On this day till 10:30 AM shares and mutual fund units worth 8 crore 16 rupees were traded in CSE. The prices of 10 companies have increased, while the prices of 3 companies have decreased. Share prices of 13 companies remained unchanged.
