Salah Uddin Ahmed,  Dinajpur  : Two people were killed when another truck loaded with stones collided with a sand truck standing on the side of the road at Gaibandhya intersection of Ghoraghat in Dinajpur. The two deceased were Shilu Mia, a stone-carrying driver, and Saiful Islam, a helper. 

Ghoraghat police station sub-inspector Mozaffar Hossain said that around 3:30 pm, a stone truck hit a sand truck standing at Gaibandhya junction in Ghoraghat. Saiful Islam, the helper of the stone-carrying truck, was killed at the accident site. Truck driver Shilu Mia died after being admitted to the upazila health center.

The two deceased were residents of Bashara village in Kumarkhali district of Kushtia district.
