The robbers entered the house by cutting the grill and held the teacher couple hostage at gunpoint and took away 9 loads of gold and cash worth about three lakh rupees. The victim's family said that 5 robbers entered the house by breaking the lock of the grill. There were some outside. At noon on the same day, the house of Lakshipasha Dak Bungalow, belonging to the teacher of Lakshipasha Adarsh ​​School, Kazi Al Mamun, was stolen. Teacher Mamun said that since there was no one in his house, a group of thieves and robbers broke the lock of the house door and entered the house and broke the locker and took 30,000 rupees in cash and six pieces of gold jewelry. Police visited the spot. Apart from this, on the night of September 20, a violent robbery took place at the house of Billal Molya, a grocery shopkeeper of Lakshipasa Bazar, a resident of Rajupur village of Lohagara municipality. A group of masked robbers broke the gate of Belkuni and entered the house and took 80,000 cash and 4-5 loads of gold, holding Billal's wife hostage at gunpoint. Billal said that 6 robbers entered the house. Some were outside. The robbers were dressed in lungi-pants and had towels on their faces. Last 8-10 months ago, there was a robbery at the house of a tenant in the house of teacher Sahidur Rahman in Rajupur village. Although a case was registered in that incident, the progress of the police was not heard later. Sharifuzzaman of Lakshipasha village said that almost tube wells, iron rods, water pumps are being stolen. Complaints are being filed but the police has not made any progress in arresting the thieves or recovering the goods. There have been 3 robberies in the last 12 days in the area near the police station. As a result, common people are getting scared. Nasir Uddin, officer-in-charge of Lohagarh police station, said that a case has been registered and one person has been arrested in connection with the robbery at the house of grocery shopkeeper Billal Molya. Police are conducting activities to prevent theft and robbery. Last Tuesday, some stolen shutters, 4 tubewells, 2 ceiling fans were recovered from Maitkumra. Two people have been arrested in this incident.
