3 arrested with ganja and yaba in separate operation of DB in Bogra

Sanju Roy, Bogra: District Detective Police (DB) arrested three persons with 4 kg ganja and 1200 pieces of yaba in Bogra. On Wednesday, they were sent to jail by the court. Earlier on Tuesday, DB Police arrested them in two separate raids. The arrested are Mashiur Rahman Khokon (43), Ariful Islam (34) and Al Amin (42). According to the press release sent by the DB Police, a raid was conducted at the junction of three roads in Seuzgari area of ​​the city on Tuesday around 4 pm. Moshiur Rahman Khokon was arrested along with four kg of ganja. Khokon was staying there with a total of four kilograms of ganja in two bags of two kilograms each. A raid was conducted in front of the city's railway station around 11:30 pm that day. Ariful and Al Amin along with 1200 pieces of Yabas were arrested in the operation. DB Police also said that 1 drug case against the arrested Moshiur and 5 other drug cases against Al Amin are ongoing. DB Police in-charge Saihan Oliullah said that a case has been filed against the arrestees under the Narcotics Act at Sadar police station. On Wednesday, they were sent to jail by the court.
