International Desk: Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the law on the inclusion of four regions occupied by Ukraine into the Russian Federation. The Russian President signed this law on Wednesday. This was reported in the news agency Reuters and Al Jazeera. However, in recent times, the Ukrainian army has resisted quite well. The advanced position of the Ukrainian army forces the Russian troops to retreat. In these cases, the size of the territory controlled by Moscow is also decreasing. Putin's forces have made the campaign more difficult by annexing occupied territory after launching a military operation in Ukraine in February. In this incident, the fear of nuclear attack is also increasing in the region. Meanwhile, Ukraine's Kherson, Luhansk, Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions were officially annexed today. The territory occupied by Moscow is 18 percent of the total land area of Ukraine. A report by Russia's state news agency Tass news agency confirmed the signing of the inclusion law. The incorporation law was passed by the bicameral Russian parliament before Putin signed it. It then awaits Putin's signature to formally become law. As a result of Putin's signature, Russia will now officially consider four regions of Ukraine as part of the territory of the Russian Federation. Kiev and the Western world have described the annexation as completely illegal. At that time they also said that they will never accept the acquisition of this land. Ukraine says its army will retake any land occupied by Russian troops.
