Panchagarh Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police visit Puja Mandap

Al Masud, Panchagarh: Deputy Commissioner Md Zahurul Islam and Superintendent of Police S, M, Sirajul Huda (PPM) visited various puja mandaps of Atwari and Boda upazilas in Panchagarh. During this time they inspected the overall law and order preparations and activities on the occasion of Durga Puja. On Monday (October 3) from noon to afternoon, he visited these puja mandapas in different areas of the two upazilas. Atwari Upazila Executive Officer Md. Mushfiqul Alam Halim, Boda Upazila Executive Officer Md. Soleman Ali, Atwari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Sohel Rana, Boda Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sujoy Kumar Roy were present as tour companions. Leaders of Boda and Atwari Upazila of Bangladesh Puja Udjakar Parishad. It is known from the sources of the district administration that the members of the law and order forces are doing round-the-clock monitoring to ensure peace and order and security on behalf of the district administration and police administration. It should be noted that in Sadar district, 49 Atwari, 30 Tetulia, 9 Boda, 95 Debiganj and 114 are being celebrated in total 297 mandaps. Sharidiya Durgotsava officially started on October 1 with Mahashasthi and will end with Baida Dasami on October 5.
